WILMETTE
Feb. 2
• Two homes on the west side of Wilmette reportedly were burglarized. Jewelry, silverware and cash reportedly were taken between 7-10 p.m. from a home in the 300 block of LeClaire Avenue after unknown individuals reportedly forced open a rear door. A rear door reportedly was also forced open between 7 a.m.-7:25 p.m at a home in the 100 block of Millbrook Lane.
Jan. 31
• A car reportedly was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 600 block of Prairie Avenue. The key fob reportedly was left inside the vehicle.
Jan. 27
• A car reportedly was stolen from Eden’s Plaza, 3232 Lake Ave, while the owner was shopping. The key fob reportedly was left inside the vehicle.
WINNETKA
Jan. 29
• Two road signs (Oak Street and Sheridan Road) reportedly were removed overnight.
Jan. 26
• A resident reportedly was scammed out of $200 after they were contacted by an individual purporting to be the resident’s friend. The resident reportedly gave the individual a $200 gift card.
Jan. 24
• A check mailed Dec. 27 reportedly was stolen, altered and cashed for $3,700.
Jan. 23
• A mailed check reportedly was stolen, altered and cashed in an amount exceeding $5,000.
GLENCOE
Feb. 1
• Two Amazon packages reportedly were stolen from a residence in the 400 block of Green Bay Road.
NORTHFIELD
Jan. 27
• A fraudulent purchase for $1,100 reportedly was made to a resident’s credit card and a couple others reportedly were attempted.
KENILWORTH
No activity reported from Jan. 27 to Feb. 3
